World Class Learning Schools, also known as The British Schools of America, is a network of private K-12 schools offering high-quality, international education that prepares students to meet the growing challenges of a rapidly changing world.  Born out of a larger feasibility study for a 40,000 SF expansion of the school conducted by Nahra, this project includes a new lobby, multi-purpose room /canteen and state-of-the-art music facility.

The overall design is intended to provide a more professional feel while maintaining a bright and engaging environment for learning.  Open ceiling design, interior glazing and improved internal configuration allows for deep penetration of natural daylight to the classrooms located at the building core.  The space is flexible with integrated technology which allows for different modes of learning.  Work was completed in an expedited manner from design through permitting and construction to meet the strict requirements of the school to complete work during the 6 week summer break.
