Nahra Design Group was hired to develop a repositioning strategy for the ground floor retail at this downtown office building. In this effort, a thorough analysis of the existing retail was provided along with leasing plans which optimized the space. An outline of retail tenant requirements for storefront dressings was developed with the intent to enliven and activate the pedestrian experience of the building, while preserving the existing architecture.
