Repositioning the retail level was the client’s objective at this 1990s-era mixed use office tower in downtown Washington, DC.  Nahra proposed several schemes ranging in scope and magnitude from minimal, material, changes to a more extensive architectural rebranding.  Also addressed were base building infrastructure provisions suited to a variety of future tenants, in an effort to facilitate retail leasing.
