Jared is an Architectural designer who is passionate about bringing together new building technologies with existing urban fabric to create healthy communities. He hopes to find a balance between pushing the envelope of new architectural ideas while still looking to and learning from the past, whether it is the surrounding physical context or theories of how architecture must be designed to create a pleasing space.
Jared has been pursuing architecture since high school, where he took classes and interned at local firms. He developed practical skills and construction knowledge working in residential and commercial construction and has used that expertise designing commercial retail, multifamily housing, and medical centers.
Jared earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland – College Park, where he received multiple merit-based scholarships throughout his education. In his free time, Jared enjoys researching and learning new skills, such as woodworking, fly fishing, or rock climbing.
