Joey is a passionate architectural designer with a background ranging from single family custom homes to urban master planning. He strives to create thoughtful and comprehensive designs that enhance the user experience through close attention to detail.

Joey earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America, and was a first place winner of the Patrick Cardinal O’Boyle Foreign Studies Design Competition.  He is an active member of a community design group, The People’s Plan for McMillan Park, which proposed an alternative design to the development of the historic McMillan Sand Filtration Plant in Washington, DC.

Joey is intrigued by the way architecture has the capacity to move people both physically and metaphorically, and believes our interactions with our environment should serve us through form and function simultaneously.  In his spare time, you can find him exploring the city for cultural happenings and hidden treasures.
