In an effort to reposition the ground level of a 2007-era building with struggling retail presence, Nahra Design Group, together with our consulting partners, proposed the removal and replacement of the facade to make the ground floor viable for a retail tenant.  Integral to the project was the design of a retail storefront and interior that would complement the base building design, and enhance the space for retail success.
