As a retail design expert, Nahra Design Group was retained to work with the base building design and development teams to configure the ground floor retail space and storefront of this dated office tower & plaza. The resulting full build-out, as planned, will offer over 11,000 square feet of high impact retail space, with the option of multi-level tenant spaces, a custom storefront façade, and an activated landscaped outdoor plaza.
