As part of a larger mixed-use development, Nahra was engaged to design a connecting structure between an existing parking garage and a second entrance for Fidelity Investments. The goal was to make this entrance feel as welcoming as the main street facing entrance. To achieve this, a finely detailed wood and steel wall cladding was added under the new canopy, providing a natural location for the Tenant’s wall sign. Further, the Tenant’s brand color was used at the underside of the canopy to further the brand narrative outside of the Tenant’s Lease Premise.
