ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Tianwei is an Architectural Designer deeply committed to people-centered design, focusing on how architecture enhances the human experience while respecting cultural, historical, and contextual factors. He believes each project should reflect its surroundings and community needs.
Originally from China, Tianwei earned a B.Arch from Tongji University in Shanghai before moving to the US and completing an M.Arch at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. His experience spans a wide range of projects, from an 80-square-foot pavilion to a 1-million-square-foot mixed-use complex, gained through internships and work at firms of varying sizes.
In his free time, Tianwei explores architectural masterpieces, immersing himself in new cultures, capturing moments through photography, and experiencing diverse cuisines and communities. Through these experiences, he is able to gain fresh perspectives that continue to inspire his work and enrich his understanding of architecture’s role in society.
