- At the heart of the West Falls mixed-use development in Falls Church, Virginia, two retail shell buildings have been designed to anchor the central public park. These structures are crafted to enhance the placemaking qualities of the linear park while complementing the surrounding architecture. Featuring a harmonious blend of wood, corrugated metal, and brick masonry, the buildings offer a clean industrial aesthetic that emphasizes strong indoor/outdoor connections. This design not only enriches the urban landscape but also fosters a vibrant community atmosphere.
