This project involves a significant home addition containing a new kitchen and master bedroom suite. As the existing home has an established colonial architecture that the client did not wish to alter, a contemporary folly is positioned adjacent to the existing home and is linked with an ephemeral dining space. An enclosed and semi-enclosed court flank this link and provide different levels of outdoor privacy and experience.
