Serving as the design consultant between the retail leasing team and base building architect, Nahra Design Group created façade design options for an urban grocer at the base of a large, mixed-use building. The challenge was to provide an inviting, pedestrian-friendly entrance that would seamlessly integrate into a grand, car-scaled base building framework. The design solutions incorporated a gracious entrance stair, the use of natural wood, lighting, green materials, and a canopy to bring down the scale to a more comfortable level.
